'How to'

Ever had a seized component on your bicycle? They can be a real pain to remove and put you off an otherwise perfectly good bike. If you abide by the motto "Where there is a will there's a way" the chances are you'll get through it some how. Of course it helps if you have a garage full of tools too.

We recently had a racing bike frame that we wanted to convert to a Fixie. The seat stem had stuck fast but luckily we new how to deal with such a problem, leverage!

You can see a compiled video here on this site titled, 'How to remove a siezed bicycle seat stem'. You can also find it on our you tube channel recycle-bicycle.

I hope it helps you out if you find yourself in a tight spot with your bicycle and its seat stem.
